These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Liberated Life™ Tribe (Free Access), operated by Wellness and Wisdom (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or participating in the community, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing this community, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Liberated Life™ Tribe.
Participation in the Liberated Life™ Tribe is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By joining, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The Liberated Life™ Tribe is a values-based community rooted in respect, integrity, and personal responsibility. You agree to engage respectfully and refrain from behavior that is abusive, harmful, misleading, or disruptive.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion if behavior violates these standards or compromises the integrity of the community.
All content provided within the Tribe, including but not limited to text, audio, video, frameworks, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Wellness and Wisdom and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
Content shared within the Liberated Life™ Tribe is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Tribe at any time, without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access may cause harm to the community or platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness and Wisdom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Tribe or use of its content.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. Continued use of the Tribe constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
