These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and participation in the L.I.F.E. Method™ Program, operated by Wellness and Wisdom (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or accessing the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The L.I.F.E. Method™ Program is an educational and experiential identity transformation program that may include live or recorded sessions, digital materials, group experiences, community access, and optional one-on-one support as described at the time of enrollment.
Enrollment in the L.I.F.E. Method™ Program is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
By enrolling in the L.I.F.E. Method™ Program, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout and authorize Wellness and Wisdom to charge your selected payment method. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Access to the program is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for the L.I.F.E. Method™ Program. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date by submitting a written request to [email protected] .
Refunds apply only to the initial program purchase. After the 14-day period has passed, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Participation in the L.I.F.E. Method™ Program requires respectful and responsible behavior. Harassment, abuse, disruptive conduct, or behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of the learning environment may result in removal from the program without refund.
All program materials, content, recordings, frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property associated with the L.I.F.E. Method™ Program are owned by Wellness and Wisdom and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.
The L.I.F.E. Method™ Program is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not therapy and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. Participation is voluntary, and you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and well-being.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or evolve program content, delivery format, or features to improve the participant experience while maintaining the overall intent and value of the program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness and Wisdom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the L.I.F.E. Method™ Program.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (CA), without regard to conflict of law principles.
