Community Guidelines

Clear guidelines that support a safe, respectful, and aligned experience inside the Liberated Life™ Tribe.

No fixing, coaching, or rescuing.

We are here to support, witness, and help each other remember our own wisdom.

Before you respond to a member, ask yourself: Is this a laser question that will help them become their inner coach? Or am I projecting my own wounds or story onto them? If it is not a question rooted in curiosity and care, pause and breathe.

Practice Nonviolent Communication, NVC always.

Speak from your lived experience. Use “I” language, name what you feel, name what you need, and make clean requests. Avoid diagnosing, labeling, shaming, moralizing, or telling someone what they “should” do.

Curiosity over conclusions.

If someone is struggling, lead with compassionate questions, not instructions. Your spot in the tribe is here to help them hear themselves more clearly, not to be right, or be the hero.

Zero tolerance for blame, shame, ridicule, or harassment.

No dog piling, no name calling, no passive aggression, no trolling, no character attacks. Challenge ideas if needed, never attack people. We reserve the right, based on our judgment, to immediately block and remove someone from the tribe if we deem this inappropriate behavior.

Do not push advice, spiritual beliefs, trauma processing, or intense practices on anyone. Ask first: “Do you want reflection, questions, or just to be witnessed right now?”

Confidentiality is non negotiable.

What is shared in the Tribe stays in the Tribe. No screenshots, no forwarding stories, no sharing names or details outside this space without explicit permission.

Honor emotional + neural system safety.

Share responsibly. If your post includes sensitive material, add a clear content note at the top so people can choose how to engage. This is a practice of respect, not censorship.

No medical, legal, or crisis intervention inside the Tribe.

Nothing that we discuss or share here in the tribe is ever to be considered medical or psychiatric advice. We can share personal experience, but we do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional care. If someone appears in danger, encourage real world support immediately and use the report tools.

Be accountable for your impact.

If you miss the mark, own it and repair it. If you feel activated, slow down before you post. We do not punish honesty here, we do require responsibility.

Keep it clean, relevant, and aligned with the work.

No spam, no self promotion without permission, no DMs that feel salesy or intrusive. If you want to share an offer, ask a moderator first. We reserve the right to remove any member we choose for any reason we choose.

Commitment is the entry price.

We are all here because we chose identity transformation and we are committed to doing the work. If at any point you realize you are not willing to participate with honesty, respect, and effort, you have full permission to leave the Tribe. Not from shame, from integrity. We would rather have a smaller group of committed humans than a bigger room full of spectators.
